How to return an item?
- Please first contact after-sales service experts before taking any action.
- Returned products should be in the original box that is well packed and all of the accessories that may include the cable, documentation, and packaging must be sent.
- Labeling or writing the description, address or any other item on the carton or the main box of the product or tearing and distorting it, cancel the warranty(If necessary, write your description on the back of the purchase invoice or on a separate paper).
- If you send by post, take a photo of the postal receipt and email it to email@example.com.
How do you calculate the posting cost?
- If a technical defect or physical discrepancy is confirmed by Setaak's after-sales service experts, posting costs will be borne by the Setaak Co.
- In case of cancellation of the purchase, or if the technical defect or discrepancy is not confirmed by our experts, the cost of sending and receiving the items will be the responsibility of the customer.
How can I register a return request in the website?
You can register your request in one of the following ways:
- Log in to your profile and then register your request in returning request section.
- Send a request with the title of after-sales service on the "Contact Us" page.
Obviously, if you submit a request online, the process will be faster.
Note: In order to process the request, it is necessary to mention the ordering code in each of the above methods.
