Warranty
The warranty period on all SETAAK gas controls is 24 months, beginning on the day of the production.
For damage caused by:
• Misuse of the device;
• Failure to observe the requirements described in guide booklet;
• Failure to observe the regulations pertaining to installation;
• Tampering, modification and use of non-original spare parts;
are not covered by the rights of the warranty or compensation for damage.
The warranty also excludes maintenance work, other manufacturer's assembling units, making changes to the device and natural wear.
بیمه
کنترل‌های گاز ستاک مشمول 60 ماه بیمه مسئولیت مدنی از تاریخ تولید است.
محدوده مکانی خدمات ضمانت، پشتیبانی و بیمه
ضمانت، پشتیبانی و بیمه محدود به کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. بدیهی است در موارد صادراتی مقررات در توافقنامه با مشتری بصورت خاص منعکس میگردد.
استعلام اصالت کالا و وضعیت بیمه
برای استعلام اصالت کالا و وضعیت بیمه می‌توانید از طریق کانال @setaak.gas.control در پیام رسان سروش و یا از طریق لینک https://www.setaak.com/fa/igc-fa ، نرم افزار اطلاع از اصالت و اطلاعات فنی کنترل‌های گاز را نصب کرده و از طریق آن و با استفاده از سریال یا بارکد محصول از اصالت کالا و وضعیت بیمه محصول خریداری شده اطلاع یابید.
